PROGRAMS AND BENEFITS

  • Mentoring Program: At Munsch Hardt, we believe that professional development, training and mentoring of attorneys is vital to the overall growth of the firm. The Women's Initiative works to build on this philosophy. As part of its mission, the Women's Initiative encourages senior women in the firm to mentor younger women attorneys in order to facilitate their integration into the firm.
  • Monthly Meeting: The Women's Initiative meets monthly over lunch to strengthen relationships, discuss business opportunities and address issues impacting members of the group.
  • Events: In 2011, the Women's Initiative plans to host multiple events, both internal and external, including outside speakers.
