Overview
Andy’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, with significant experience in telecommunications, construction, commercial breach of lease, trade secrets and trademark infringement litigation. His practice has involved disputes surrounding the 1996 Telecommunications Act, Texas Public Information Act and United States Freedom of Information Act. Andy is proficient in Spanish and also has experience handling international disputes in both Spanish and English.
Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Andy worked for an international law firm in their Austin office, clerked for Randy Crane, United States District Court Judge for the Southern District of Texas and was a judicial Intern for Gabriel Cavallo, Federal Judge of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
