Annette has over 15 years of experience in drafting corporate documents in connection with mergers and acquisitions, stock purchase transactions and public offerings, overseeing of closings of the foregoing, drafting corporate documents in connection with organization of corporations, limited partnerships and limited liability companies, researching in-state securities blue sky laws and preparation of securities registration and exemption filings. Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, she worked as a corporate paralegal with another Dallas, Texas based law firm.
