Overview

Ben is a member of the firm’s Management Committee and has served two terms as a member of the firm’s Compensation Committee. Ben has practiced law for over 30 years and has represented creditors, creditors’ committees, indenture trustees, trustees and foreign representatives as well as individual, partnership and corporate debtors. He has served as receiver, trustee and examiner in liquidation and reorganization cases under both the Bankruptcy Act and the Bankruptcy Code. He has appeared in cases throughout the United States and its territories and has an active international practice in cross-border insolvency matters.
