Caleb focuses his practice on representing both landlords and tenants in office, industrial and retail leasing, and representing developers and owners in the acquisition and disposition of a wide array of commercial real estate assets.
On the landlord side, Caleb regularly advises multiple institutional property owners, including landlords in numerous industrial lease transactions involving more than 100,000 square feet of space. He also has a wide range of experience representing office landlords, from acquisition to leasing and property management. On the tenant side, Caleb partners with a broad spectrum of office, industrial and retail tenants to negotiate and address their leasing needs.
In addition to his well-rounded leasing practice, Caleb represents commercial lenders in connection with construction loans, as well as in recapitalizations and various other financing transactions. Caleb’s client base also encompasses commercial lenders in foreclosures of real estate and deed in lieu of foreclosure agreements.
When necessary, Caleb manages a wide range of real estate-related litigation matters, including, but not limited to, advising and representing clients in commercial leasehold and lending disputes.
Caleb is an active member of The Real Estate Council, and he currently serves in the organizations 2016/2017 Associate Leadership Class.
