Overview
Caleb's practice focuses on all aspects of commercial litigation, including drafting of appeals and alternative dispute resolution, with an emphasis on real estate related litigation and employment law. His experience includes:
- Representing companies in actions involving covenants not to compete and trade secret misappropriation.
- Representing clients in bringing and defending against claims for fraud, DTPA violations, negligence and breach of contract.
- Advising and representing clients in residential and commercial leasehold disputes.
Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, he completed an externship for the Honorable Harlin D. Hale, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of Texas.
