Cara Susan Kelly

Overview

Cara is an Associate in the firm's Business Litigation group. She has extensive experience in general commercial litigation, breach of contract disputes, and bankruptcy litigation. She has litigated in various federal and state courts throughout Texas and New York, and has represented clients in a variety of matters including commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and collateralized loan obligation (CLO) litigation, breach of contract disputes and commercial real estate disputes, among others. In various bankruptcy courts, Cara has represented debtors, creditors and other parties in interest in various adversary proceedings.

Prior to the joining Munsch Hardt, Cara worked at a national law firm in New York and her practice emphasis was on commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation, restructuring and workouts.
