Overview

Connie specializes in restructurings, workouts and corporate finance transactions. Her paralegal experience prior to joining Munsch Hardt in 2000 included 12 years in corporate finance with an emphasis in mergers and acquisitions and securities work at a large international law firm headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri. For several years prior to that she worked in the areas of municipal law, probate/estate and domestic relations in Colorado and California.
