Overview
Dan has more than 30 years of experience in handling a wide variety of real estate, commercial, corporate and insurance regulatory transactions. He assists with the acquisition and sale of all types of real estate assets and interests in businesses, primarily in Texas. He has recently concentrated on the acquisition, development, financing and sale of seniors' housing facilities. Prior to entering private practice, he held various in-house counsel positions, including serving as General Counsel for a company with assets in excess of $900 million.
