Daniel Patton

Overview
Dan is a Shareholder in the firm’s Houston office and serves as the Houston Liaison to the Management Committee. He concentrates his practice in commercial, employment, construction and health care litigation. While in law school, he participated in the Poverty Law Clinic, several mock trial competitions and the John Black Moot Court Competition.
Dan is a Certified Mediator for the state of Texas. He has acted as a Special Master and has been appointed Mediator for the 127th Judicial District Court, Harris County, Texas.
