Overview

Dianna provides litigation support for the broad range of matters handled by the Business Litigation group of Munsch Hardt including extensive involvement in insurance coverage disputes and first party insurance defense matters. She also has experience in real estate with nationally recognized and publicly traded developers and builders of single family residences, commercial leasing by landlord/tenant, restaurant development and management for publicly traded restaurant companies, financing, conduit lending, liquidation and management of Real Estate Owned (REO) portfolios in addition to dispositions and acquisitions of all major types of real estate including office, industrial, retail and multifamily condominiums.
