Lee is the Chief Operating Officer of Munsch Hardt Kopf Harr. He is a Shareholder in the Insolvency, Restructuring Creditors' Rights Practice Group of Munsch Hardt, maintaining an active practice focused on complex restructurings, controlled liquidations, asset acquisitions, and high stakes litigation in the bankruptcy and insolvency arena. With 20 years of experience in the field, Lee has represented a broad range of parties, including debtors, trustees, committees, lenders, insurers, receivers, equity holders, and directors and officers, in a number of different venues throughout the United States.

Lee is Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy by the American Board of Certification. He is a frequent speaker on a variety of bankruptcy and creditors' rights issues, and regularly serves as part of the faculty for trial advocacy programs sponsored by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA). Lee began his legal career with a two year judicial clerkship with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas (Hon. William Greendyke).
