Overview
Fred has represented individuals and businesses for over 25 years in a wide variety of litigation matters and has served as Assistant General Counsel for an independent oil and gas company. His experience includes:
- Representation of businesses and individuals in a broad range of disputes including claims arising out of commercial disputes, construction contracts, fraud, bankruptcy, real estate and business torts.
- Representation of health care providers in disputes including claims arising out of commercial disputes, physician contracts, fraud, bankruptcy, real estate and business torts.
- Representation of oil and gas producers and working interest owners in contractual matters including disputes arising from operator and partnership agreements, and royalty ownership.
- Representation of financial institutions in lender liability, workouts and disputes including claims arising from defaults, fraud and bankruptcy.
