Glenn B. Callison is a Shareholder in the Real Estate section of the Dallas office of Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr. He served as Munsch Hardts Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 2006 to 2013. Glenn has broad based experience in the representation of commercial real estate owners, operators, investors and developers in the acquisition, development, financing and management of hotels, senior living, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, as well as investments in office, retail, multifamily and industrial projects. He has also represented a number of clients in connection with the acquisition and ongoing operation of other businesses with substantial real estate assets.

He has also led the firm's Hospitality Resort Projects group through the representation of national and international hospitality owners and operators and served as outside General Counsel to a publicly traded health care Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). Most recently, he represented a large private equity investor in acquisition of several upscale and full-service hotels located across the country. Additionally, Glenn works on real estate transactions related to complex financial structures including tax credits, mezzanine structures and other similar transactions.

Glenn, through Munsch Hardt' s membership in TerraLex, a global network with more than 155 independent law firms and 15,000 attorneys in 100 countries, can provide clients with worldwide access to local legal counsel.

In addition, Glenn is passionate about community involvement, and serves in various leadership roles within the Baylor Health Care System and is also focused on governmental affairs for TREC and NAIOP.
