Overview
Glenn is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Munsch Hardt, with prior service for six years on the firm’s Management Committee, two terms on the Shareholder Compensation Committee and coordination of lateral hiring for the firm for three years. He has also led the firm’s Hospitality & Resort Projects group through the representation of national and international hospitality owners and operators and served as outside General Counsel to a publicly traded health care Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).
Glenn has a broad based experience in the representation of commercial real estate owners, operators, investors and developers in hotel acquisitions, development, financing and management agreements, seniors' housing, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities development and investment and office, retail, multifamily and industrial matters. He has also represented a number of clients in connection with the acquisition and ongoing operation of businesses with substantial real estate assets.
He can handle transactions across the nation and the globe through the firm's TerraLex membership. TerraLex is a collaborative, global network of over 150 leading law firms in 100 countries and 44 states.
