Overview
James advises and counsels real estate developers, owners, and investors in all aspects of buying, leasing, selling, financing, and developing various types of real property, including vacant land, office, retail, industrial, medical facilities, residential subdivisions and mixed-use development projects. He also has broad experience with various types of leasing transactions involving health care clients and hospital systems on medical and non-medical equipment leases, equipment service agreements, medical service provider agreements and related regulatory issues. Additionally, James regularly represents and advises clients with respect to energy, oil and gas related transactions.
