Overview
Jason's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. He has also represented clients in arbitration proceedings before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD).
Jason has handled litigation and arbitrations involving contract disputes, business torts, antitrust issues, class actions and securities/shareholder litigation. He has represented clients in a number of industries including banking, insurance, manufacturing, real estate and technology.
Additionally, Jason represents physicians, physician practice groups and independent practice associations in issues relating to employment and service contracts, lease negotiation and general growth and business strategy.
