John has advised clients in a broad range of energy, oil and gas related transactions over the past 30 years. His experience includes:

Representation of borrowers and lenders in oil and gas financings secured by oil and gas producing properties, pipelines and other midstream assets.
Representation of buyers and sellers and oil and gas producers in the acquisition and sale of oil and gas pipelines, gas plants, refineries and other midstream assets.
Representation of refining companies and natural gas marketing companies in connection with asset based letter of credit facilities and in financing the construction of refinery plant expansions.
Representation of oil and gas producers, pipeline companies, natural gas resellers and refining companies in connection with pipeline easements and large scale exploration, operating, abandonment fund, and surface use agreements as well as with hedging, transportation, processing and marketing agreements.
