John's practice focus is in addressing the specific business/commercial disputes encountered by his clients on both sides of the docket. As such he has a broad range of experience handling matters involving general contract disputes; landlord-tenant disputes; environmental contamination litigation; employment law including discrimination and wrongful termination claims as well as the enforcement of confidentiality and non-compete agreements; business torts including unfair competition, tortious interference with existing and/or prospective business, misrepresentation and fraud as well as violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA); real estate litigation; fiduciary litigation and professional liability; insurance coverage disputes and first party insurance defense.
