Kate's practice concentrates on bankruptcy, corporate reorganization and out-of-court workouts. She has represented debtors in possession, Chapter 7 and 11 trustees, creditors committees and individuals in out-of-court workouts with respect to a variety of bankruptcy issues including litigation against former officers and directors.
