Overview
Kevin joined Munsch Hardt in February 1998 after having worked in the bankruptcy section of another Dallas, Texas based law firm. His experience includes representation of creditors, debtors, unsecured creditors' committees and trustees. His practice involves assisting clients in all areas of bankruptcy including loan workouts, asset sales and complex litigation. Kevin has represented clients in many of the more notable cases including Enron Corporation, Kmart, Conseco, Adelphia Communications Corporation, United Airlines, VarTec and Mirant Corporation. He began his legal career with a four year judicial clerkship with the Honorable Houston Abel, Chief Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of Texas.
