Overview
Labry represents taxpayers in federal, state and local tax transactional, planning, compliance and controversy matters. He has over 16 years of tax specific experience with federal, state and local tax planning for the formation, acquisition, reorganization and disposition of businesses; tax minimization planning for public and privately owned businesses in a large number of industries including real estate, hospitality, manufacturing, distribution, retail, health care, financial, technology and oil and gas exploration, refining and marketing; tax planning for distressed businesses prior to, in and emerging from bankruptcy proceedings; and representation of taxpayers in audits, disputes and voluntary disclosures with numerous taxing authorities. Prior to joining the firm, Labry worked at a large international law firm's Dallas, Texas office.
