Mark S. Biskamp
Shareholder Overview
Mark has a national real estate practice involving the purchase, sale, development, leasing, management and financing of real estate in cities across the United States. He regularly advises pension funds, developers, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), lending institutions and institutional investors. His practice includes purchases and sales of individual real estate assets, overseeing national real estate portfolio transactions, development of real estate, representation of landlords and tenants, preparation of management and operational agreements, real estate finance and formation of joint ventures.
