Meg's paralegal experience includes providing litigation support in law firms in legal departments of an oil field service company and a national banking association located in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area.
As a member of the Corporate & Securities group of Munsch Hardt since 1994, Meg provides general corporate support including maintenance of corporate minute books, drafting and filing of organization documents for the formation of various business entities including corporations, limited partnerships and limited liability companies, and assistance in merger and acquisition activity of both purchasers and sellers.
