Overview

Mike has practiced law for over 20 years and his focus is on commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation with an emphasis on real estate related disputes arising out of acquisitions, dispositions, financing, construction, demolition and leasing, representing sellers, buyers, lenders, owners, general contractors, subcontractors, materialmen, landlords, property management companies and tenants. Mike has also represented telecommunication companies, manufacturing companies and private investors in cases involving breach of contracts, false representations, breaches of fiduciary duties and securities laws violations.

He has litigated and appealed numerous cases in state and federal courts and has arbitrated many of these cases under the Commercial and Construction Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Mike has mediated and successfully settled more than half of the disputes for which he has been retained.
