Mike is a litigator who represents clients in a wide range of oil and gas and other business disputes. His experience includes:
- Representation of clients in claims for common law fraud, violations of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) and breach of contract actions.
- Representation of clients in real estate transaction disputes including title insurance coverage disputes.
- Advising clients in the sale or acquisition of farm, ranch and commercial properties including title review and drafting.
- Assisting with claims involving mold damage as well as casualty losses to residential and commercial property.
