Overview

M'Lou is a member of the firm's Management Committee. Her practice focuses on corporate, real estate and lending transactions. She routinely represents both buyers and sellers in all types of corporate and real estate transactions and has experience in business organization and reorganization, business succession planning, on-airport leasing and development, lending and alternative financing, asset and stock transactions, acquisition, development and disposition of income producing properties and commercial leasing including assisted living facilities. M'Lou routinely services as general counsel to corporate clients, assisting them, initially, with appropriate entity selection and the inclusion of appropriate management, buy-sell and other safeguards in limited partnership, limited liability company, voting and other agreements, and throughout the representation, with contract, financing and other matters. M'Lou’s practice in development matters ranges from subdivision and shopping center development to acquisition and development in ski resort communities and construction and development of nursing home and assisted living centers. In addition to corporate and real estate matters, she also represents clients in connection with government contracting and legislation and health care employment and other contract matters.
