Overview

Rebecca advises both small and large businesses in a wide variety of corporate and securities matters. She counsels companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions and public and private securities placements. In addition, she advises companies with respect to general corporate and transactional matters, including state and local tax controversy issues, compliance with federal securities law issues, state corporate law issues and general corporate matters.
