Rick is responsible for handling a broad range of issues including general commercial litigation, contract and warranty litigation, real estate litigation and consumer litigation. Rick is a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps Reserve and prior to joining Munsch Hardt, he worked at another large law firm based in Dallas, Texas.
