Overview
Robert assists public and private businesses, investment entities, and entrepreneurs in connection with transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and debt financings. He also assists clients with general business contracts. Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Robert was a judicial intern for the Honorable Xavier Rodriguez, United States District Court Judge for the Western District of Texas.
