Robert W. Ivey, III
Associate Overview
Robert's practice is concentrated in the structuring, negotiating, documentation and administration of various commercial transactions including asset based financings, bond financings, leveraged leasing, syndicated and non-syndicated credit facilities, restructurings and workouts. His recent transactions have involved various industries and asset classes such as oil and gas, municipal utilities and commercial aircraft. Robert also has experience in complex commercial controversies. He has represented international corporations in litigation and arbitration as well as been involved in the defense of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Department of Justice (DOJ) and United States Senate Subcommittee investigations.
