Steven's practice focus is on the acquisition, development and management of commercial real estate properties including hotel, office, mixed-use and industrial properties. He also has extensive experience representing banks, financial institutions and special servicers in connection with non-judicial foreclosure, deed-in-lieu of foreclosure and Real Estate Owned (REO) sale transactions.
