Overview
Walter has legal experience in corporate, capital markets and banking matters. His practice is concentrated in commercial lending, structured finance, lending transactions, debt restructuring and asset based finance. He has been involved in the representation of various domestic and international lenders and borrowers in senior and subordinated, secured and unsecured, single lender and syndicated loan facility transactions. In addition, he has had experience in capital market transactions, representing private issuers and underwriters in various initial public debt offerings (Rule 144A/Regulation S high-yield debt offerings) including overseeing the initial issuance of unregistered notes followed by a subsequent registration and exchange of such notes for notes registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as well as experience in general corporate matters, consisting of corporate governance and compliance. Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Walter worked for a large international law firm in New York for seven years.
