Overview
Zac’s practice emphasis is on assisting corporate clients with bankruptcy and creditors' rights matters including pre-bankruptcy counseling, bankruptcy filings, debtor and creditor representation, and bankruptcy related litigation and adversary proceedings. He has experience handling a wide variety of bankruptcy matters for clients involved in the construction, energy/utilities and insurance industries.
Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Zac served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Barbara J. Houser, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of Texas.
