Munsch Hardt Attorneys Named Among Lawyers for the People

Munsch Hardt, a Texas-based law firm with over 100 attorneys and offices in Dallas, Houston and Austin, today announced that eight of its attorneys, Ben B. FloydJames R. Ketchum, Gregory (Greg) R. Koush, Lynn Chuang Kramer, Timothy (Tim) A. Million, Randall (Randy) A. Rios and Fred Wahrlich, have been named among the "Lawyers for the People" ranks, which was published in the February 2009 issue by H Texas.

H Texas publishes a list of Houston-based attorneys by polling their peers and the community at large each annum. The "Lawyers for the People" listing is intended to recognize "these lawyers that have taken on a battle that ensures everyday citizens are protected."

Ben B. Floyd
Ben is a member of the firm’s Management Committee and has served two terms as a member of the firm’s Compensation Committee. He has practiced law for over 30 years and has represented creditors, creditors’ committees, indenture trustees, trustees and foreign representatives, as well as individual, partnership and corporate debtors. Ben received his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center and his Bachelor of Arts from Southern Methodist University.

James R. Ketchum
James advises and counsels clients with respect to all aspects of commercial real estate transactions from finance and acquisition to development, leasing (ground, office and retail) and disposition, including foreclosure. James received his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law and his Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University with a double major in Finance and Economics.

Gregory (Greg) R. Koush
Greg's practice focus is in both Real Estate, including contractual and leasing matters and in Business Litigation. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center and his Bachelor of Arts in American Government and Psychology, graduating magna cum laude, from Georgetown University.

Lynn Chuang Kramer
Lynn represents clients in bankruptcy, business reorganization and commercial litigation matters. She has confirmed a Chapter 11 liquidating plan, been involved in highly contentious adversaries and participated in the prosecution and defense of preference and fraudulent transfer cases. Lynn received her Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from Rice University.

Timothy (Tim) A. Million
Tim's practice focus is in the areas of insolvency, restructuring, creditors' rights and related commercial litigation. He has represented creditors, debtors and trustees in various Chapter 7 and 11 cases including, but not limited to, the travel and oil and gas industries. Tim obtained his Juris Doctor, graduating cum laude, from University of Houston Law Center and his Bachelor of Science in Finance, graduating with distinction, from Iowa State University.

Randall (Randy) A. Rios
Randall has represented debtors, creditors, creditors' committees, landlords, investors and asset purchasers, as well as trustees in numerous reorganization and liquidation bankruptcy cases. He has also represented the legal representative for future claimants and numerous asbestos claimants in certain mass tort bankruptcy cases. Randy received his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law and his Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.

Fred Wahrlich
Fred has been practicing law for over 20 years during which time he has represented individuals and businesses in both the state and federal courts in complex litigation matters, including business disputes, breaches of contract, oil and gas matters, maritime/admiralty, fraud, fiduciary duty claims, insurance coverage disputes, real estate, construction, employment discrimination and environmental related matters. Fred received his Juris Doctor, graduating magna cum laude, from South Texas College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts, graduating with high honors, from American Technical Institute.
