Ben is a member of the firm’s Management Committee and has served two terms as a member of the firm’s Compensation Committee. He has practiced law for over 30 years and has represented creditors, creditors’ committees, indenture trustees, trustees and foreign representatives, as well as individual, partnership and corporate debtors.
