Gibson, Jr. Mortgage Lending Institute in Austin on September 24-25th at the Four Seasons Hotel & Resort and in Dallas on October 8-9th at the Belo Mansion & Pavilion. His presentation will focus on "Securitized Loan Workouts" and will explore issues surrounding the restructuring of commercial real estate loans owned by a commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) trust.
