Munsch Hardt Associate Added to Dallas Office

Munsch Hardt, a law firm with over 100 attorneys and offices in Dallas, Houston and Austin, Texas, announced that C. Joe Theriot has joined the Dallas office as an Associate in the Business Litigation group.

Joe's practice involves general civil litigation matters with emphasis on collection matters including obtaining default judgments, writs of sequestration, writs of execution and garnishments. He has experience with bankruptcy matters for lenders performing various duties such as foreclosures and in representing them in bankruptcy proceedings. Joe has also worked with hospitality clients on issues such as price gouging, identity theft, risk management, building codes and fire codes as well as real estate matters with a focus on title issues, purchase and sale agreements, and leases.

He is a member of the American Bar Association; Dallas Association of Young Lawyers; Dallas Bar Association, including the Business Litigation Section; Friends of Dallas Police, where he serves as a Board Member, and State Bar of Texas. Joe is also admitted to the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of Texas. He received his Juris Doctor, graduating cum laude, from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and Bachelor of Arts from Texas A&M University.
