Two Munsch Hardt Associates Added to Dallas Office

Munsch Hardt, a law firm with over 100 attorneys and offices in Dallas, Houston and Austin, Texas, announced that Robert S. Daniel and Michael P. Gavin have joined the Dallas office as Associates. Robert will be in the Corporate & Securities group and Michael will be in the Real Estate group.
Robert S. Daniel
Robert represents companies in general corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions. He received his Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law and Bachelor of Arts, graduating magna cum laude, from University of Houston. Robert is a member is the Dallas Bar Association and State Bar of Texas.
Michael P. Gavin
Mike practices real estate law. During prior legal employment, Mike created internal training packages for a client beginning to manage large government contracts. In his previous career as a civil engineer, Mike gained broad exposure to the design and construction processes as part of a team that managed several construction projects for a public client.
He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, where he served as Scholarship Committee Chair from 2004-2006; Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, where he serves on the E-Mentoring Committee; Dallas Bar Association, including the Construction Law and Real Property Law Sections; Jesuit Young Alumni Association, where he serves on the E-Mentoring Committee and State Bar of Texas. Mike received his Juris Doctor, graduating cum laude, from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he was the Associate Managing Editor of the International Law Review and was an American College of Bankruptcy Distinguished Law Student Nominee. He received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, graduating cum laude, from Texas A&M University.
