Munsch Hardt Associate Added to Houston Office

Munsch Hardt, a law firm with over 100 attorneys and offices in Dallas, Houston and Austin, Texas, announced that Michael A. Harvey has joined the Houston office as an Associate. Michael is in the Business Litigation group.

Michael's practice focus is on commercial litigation with an emphasis on labor and employment. He has experience in federal and state trial practices and arbitration in areas concerning Title VII, family and medical leave, sexual harassment, pregnancy discrimination, non-competition and confidentiality agreements, and breach of contract.

Additionally, Michael's practice includes experience in condemnation and administrative law. He has managed all aspects of condemnation proceedings from their initial petitions to trial, drafting transactional agreements and contracts, researching and writing legal memorandums regarding other areas of law including oil and gas, securities, tort and construction law.

Michael is a member of the Down Syndrome Association of Houston, where he serves on the Board of Directors; Houston Bar Association, including the Labor and Employment Section and State Bar of Texas, including the Labor and Employment Law and Litigation Sections. He is also admitted to the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Northern, Southern and Western Districts of Texas. Michael received his Juris Doctor, graduating with distinction, from The University of Oklahoma College of Law and Bachelor of Arts from Baylor University.
