Munsch Hardt's Broker-Dealer & Securities Disputes group has extensive experience representing securities broker-dealers in a broad range of customer and industry disputes. This includes representing broker-dealers in litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout Texas and in arbitrations across the country before the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), American Stock Exchange (AMEX) and National Futures Association (NFA). In addition, we routinely work with our broker-dealer clients on pre-litigation and litigation avoidance strategies and offer day-to-day advice on compliance, finance, employment and other issues.
