Employment & Labor

The Employment & Labor group represents employers in all aspects of employment and labor law. We litigate cases in federal and state courts as well as before various governmental agencies such as the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Department of Labor (DOL), Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), Texas Commission on Human Rights (TCHR) and Texas Workforce Commission (TWC).

We also practice preventive labor law, where we advise and counsel our clients about how to comply with federal and state employment laws, minimize employee disputes, avoid litigation and strengthen their defense if litigation occurs.
