International Arbitration

Munsch Hardt is active in both representing parties and sitting as arbitrators in matters involving cross-border disputes. Past matters have included disputes as close as Mexico and as far away as Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Members of the International Arbitration group have a working knowledge of the rules, benefits and detriments of arbitration under the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), International Court of Arbitration (ICA), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), American Arbitration Association (AAA), International Rules and Dispute Resolution Institute (DRI) and formerly the Center for Public Resources (CPR). The firm also welcomes opportunities to work on arbitration matters before the arbitration centers established by various countries such as the Singapore International Arbitration Center (SIAC), Australian Centre for International Arbitration (ACICA) and Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
