International Protection

Munsch Hardt's International Protection group assists clients in developing strategies for foreign intellectual property protection through relationships with a worldwide network of experienced associates. These relationships enable our group to evaluate various foreign filing strategies, provide cost estimates for foreign filings, and obtain advice and services in countries where protection is desired. They also assist foreign based clients with matters involving United States patent laws and the procurement of intellectual property through the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). The International Protection group also manages and makes payments on patent annuities/maintenance fees and trademark renewals around the world.
