Medical Facilities

The Munsch Hardt Medical Facilities group represents a number of owners, developers, operators and developers of hospitals, surgery centers, medical office buildings and other medical facilities. We also represent health care systems, physicians, physician groups and home health care providers and consultants as well as providers and suppliers. We handle a variety of legal matters for our medical clients including acquisitions and dispositions, development and construction, leasing, lending and finance, management agreements, partnerships and joint ventures, land use and entitlements, environmental, insurance and telecommunications. Often we represent health care systems, surgery center operators and physician groups throughout the life cycles of their businesses from initial development through a sale or other exit strategy transaction. Our attorneys who work in the health care/real estate area are up to speed on the relevant laws and regulations that affect the use and ownership of medical facilities.

The Munsch Hardt Real Estate group works with other attorneys in the firm on matters involving our health care clients. The Munsch Hardt Corporate & Securities group represents health care clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other combinations and divestitures and Munsch Hardt's Insolvency, Restructuring & Creditors' Rights and Business Litigation groups represent health care clients in bankruptcy, restructuring and litigation matters related to health care companies, assets and operations.
