Attorneys in the Munsch Hardt Other Real Estate Assets group have experience with several other types of specialized real estate assets. For example, we have represented air cargo facility developers in the development of on-airport and off-airport facilities in Alaska, Florida, Illinois, Texas and Austria. We also have experience in transactions involving data centers, ski resorts, golf courses, cell phone towers, billboards, wind farms and other specialized real estate assets.

• Representation of air cargo facility developers in the development of on-airport and off-airport facilities in Alaska, Florida, Illinois, Texas and Austria including a $60 million facility at O'Hare International Airport in Chicago, Illinois.
• Representation of an owner in negotiation of numerous leases and management agreements for a 3,200 seat concert and special event venue.
• Representation of a major amusement park owner/operator that owned over 35 parks in 13 states, in more than 25 leases and management agreements.
• Representation of a national telecommunications company in connection with facilities expansion across the United States and Canada including switch facility leases, a 250,000 square foot world headquarters lease and development of state of the art 150,000 square foot call centers.
• Representation of a buyer of over 15,500 acres of land (plus additional Bureau of Land Management (BLM) land) relating to the development of a wind farm project in Western Wyoming.
