Appellate

The Appellate group at Munsch Hardt is equipped to handle complex matters in virtually all areas of the law in both state and federal appellate courts. Our appellate experience includes appeals before final judgment — interlocutory appeals, mandamus and other extraordinary writs as well as the full spectrum of appellate practice after final judgment mediation, all stages of briefing and oral argument.

In addition to handling appeals, our Appellate group adds value to all phases of litigation. The group conducts pre-suit case evaluation, drafts summary judgment (and other case dispositive) motions, drafts the jury charge, handles the jury charge conference and ensures the preservation of error during trial. After trial, they assist in judgment formation and enforcement, post-trial motions, and findings of fact and conclusions of law.
