The Munsch Hardt Entertainment & Sports Facilities group has broad experience working with developers on the design, development, construction and operational phases of public and private sports stadiums and arenas, theaters, performance and music halls, and community and entertainment venues. This experience includes public/private financing as well as Tax Increment Financing (TIF) districts/reimbursements, bond financing for the facilities and related infrastructure, and joint development agreements with local governments. Our attorneys have the background necessary to handle all aspects of the project including ancillary agreements such as television and radio broadcast agreements, night club leases, all-star game agreements with sports leagues, foodservice and concession agreements, leasing of city owned sports arenas, naming rights agreements, scoreboard advertising/licensing, suite licenses, equipment leasing agreements, ticketing agreements, concert promoter agreements, employment agreements with coaches, player contracts, talent and competition agreements, and contest and sweepstakes agreements.
