Munsch Hardt Welcomes New Addition to Immigration Group in Houston

Munsch Hardt announces the addition of one attorney to the Firm’s Corporate section in Houston with an emphasis on Immigration.

Nathaniel R. Martinez joins as an associate in the Houston office of Munsch Hardt. His practice primarily includes employment-based and family-based immigration matters, I-9 compliance and naturalization/U.S. citizenship. Nathaniel possesses over 10 years of experience assisting large, mid-size, and small companies in various industries with obtaining employment-based work visas for H-1B and E-3 Australian professionals, H-3 trainees, L-1 Intra-company personnel transfers, O-1 Extraordinary Ability, TN-NAFTA professionals, and E-1/E-2 Treaty Traders/Investors.

Additionally, Nathaniel has represented clients in obtaining lawful permanent residency (“Greencard”) through employment and family-based sponsorship, including I-130 and I-140 Immigrant Petitions,  PERM labor certifications, National Interest Waivers, Multi-National Executives/Managers and Removal of Conditional Permanent Resident status.
