Nov 14, 2019

(DALLAS) For the sixth consecutive year, Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. (Munsch Hardt) is pleased to announce the Firm has been named one of The Dallas Morning News’ Top 100 Places to Work 2019, ranking No. 32 in the small company category (under 150 employees).

“To have made The Dallas Morning News Top 100 Places to Work is truly an honor,” said Phil Appenzeller, CEO of Munsch Hardt. “I believe the recognition that comes with this ranking is a true reflection of our workplace culture and values. Whether it’s creating fun, lighthearted moments that build relationships or being there in an employee’s time of need, Munsch Hardt has built and maintained a culture that is more of a family than a corporation."

The Dallas Morning News’ Top 100 Places to Work competition winners are selected based on an independently conducted, anonymous survey in which employees provide insightful feedback about the Firm’s direction, execution, conditions, managers, work/life balance and compensation.

Throughout the years, accolades from Munsch Hardt employees have included:

“My job allows the opportunity for career growth. It provides the necessary training tools and access to the latest software updates and stays on top of the newest and best trends in document management. The positive interaction and assistance by other departments (like accounting and office services) is extremely helpful in order to provide our clients the best service in a timely manner.”

“Munsch Hardt has a strong teamwork culture and genuinely cares about the employees. Even when I do not agree with a decision, I am confident the people who reached it tried their best to be fair.”

“I’m doing what I enjoy doing. They made sure I was a good fit for the position before hiring me. The company and people are very friendly.”

"I am able to bring new ideas and thoughts to the program. I feel I am being heard and listened to. MHKH really appreciates employees as people, not just someone who bills or processes their work."

This year marked the 11th competition of The Dallas Morning News’ Top 100 Places to Work. Winners were honored during the annual luncheon on November 13th, at the Omni in Dallas.
