(DALLAS) Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. (Munsch Hardt) is pleased to announce for the seventh consecutive year it has earned a spot among The Dallas Morning News’ “Top 100 Places to Work”, ranking No. 12 in the small business category (under 150 local employees).

In its 12th year, the award celebrates businesses that are operating at the top of their game and making North Texas a better place to work. More than 3,114 companies were invited to participate in the evaluation process, which entailed the delivery of 118,664 surveys to corresponding employees.

“All of our employees – regardless of responsibility or experience – strive to put the interests of their clients and colleagues ahead of their own,” said Phil Appenzeller, CEO of Munsch Hardt. “It’s an honor for our firm to be recognized and rewarded for creating a diverse and positive corporate culture. We believe the right work environment translates into forward-thinking, collaborative teams, and ultimately, higher quality experiences for our clients.”

Munsch Hardt’s seventh consecutive appearance in the Top 100 list signifies employee support and satisfaction of the Firm’s mission, execution, workplace conditions, managerial style and work/life balance. Following the Firm’s Strategic Plan, Munsch Hardt has steadily grown its workforce by nearly 20% since the Firm’s first inclusion in 2013.

The nominating process for The Dallas Morning News’ Top 100 Places to Work begins each March, open to North Texas companies with at least 50 employees. The online nomination process closes a month later and surveys are sent to the nominee’s employees. These surveys, managed by third-party vendor Energage, request confidential evaluations on a wide range of topics including sense of mission, company direction and leadership. This year winners were honored during a virtual reception on Nov. 12, 2020.
