(DALLAS) Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. (Munsch Hardt) is pleased to welcome two first-year associates: Brandon Stendara to its Dallas office and Tim Word to its Houston office. These two new attorneys will further strengthen the Firm’s Litigation practice.

Brandon Stendara: Litigation – Dallas

Stendara is a member of the Firm’s Litigation practice. He received his Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and served as Associate Editor of the Baylor Law Review. He also was the recipient of the Baylor Law Ambassador Award and participated in a number of academic organizations including the Baylor Moot Court Team, Academy of the Advocate and the Hispanic American Law Student Association. Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Stendara served as a Summer Associate in Firm’s Dallas office, and he formerly served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Alan D. Albright in the U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas. Stendara earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University, graduating cum laude.  

Tim Word: Litigation – Houston

Word is a member of the Firm’s Litigation practice, with an emphasis on the construction industry. He received his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston where he was a Presidential Fellow and graduated summa cum laude. He also was an active member of the South Texas Law Review and Real Estate & Construction Law Society. Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Tim served as a Summer Associate in the Firm’s Houston office, and he formerly served as a Judicial Intern for The Honorable Judge Steel in the 274th District Court in Texas. Before attending law school, Tim worked in the construction industry (heavy highway and civil division) as a field supervisor and special projects coordinator. Additionally, Tim has spent time as a landowner’s representative in a master planned real estate development. Tim earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University.
