Munsch Hardt was retained to represent client Buzzard Roost Farms, Inc. + C&L Solutions, Inc. against a major operator in West Texas. The trial team started as the Defendant but became the Plaintiff before the pre-trial hearing. Thanks to the fluidity of the trial team, the jury awarded $12 million to the client.
